Robby McGaha Commits to USC-Upstate

OCC Sophomore outfielder Robby McGaha has decided to continue his baseball career at the University of South Carolina-Upstate.  He will become the first Blue Knight in program history to sign with the Spartans.

Robby spent the majority of last season playing all three outfield spots and even doing some catching for OCC but this year has settled in as the everyday starting CF.  He hit an even .300 last season while collecting 4 doubles and 11 RBI's.  He really caught fire this summer in the Ohio Valley League as he hit an impressive .357 while also hitting 5 HR's for the Henderson Flash.

USC-Upstate is a NCAA Division 1 program located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  They compete in the Atlantic Sun League which is considered to be one of the best mid-major baseball conferences in the country.
