Evan Kahre Commits to the University of Evansville

Sophomore outfielder Evan Kahre has verbally committed to play at the University of Evansville next year.  The Evansville native (Central High School) is the first sophomore to chose his next school.

As a freshman, Kahre played in 55 games while posting a .356 batting average. He led the team with 56 runs, 18 stolen bases, and 4 outfield assists. Kahre also walked 25 times leading to a .455 OBP.

Kahre will be the third Blue Knight to play at the University of Evansville who competes in the Missouri Valley Conference
