Sophomore Nolan Young will continue his baseball career at Illinois State University next fall. Nolan is from Marion, IN and attended Mississinewa High School.
Young is primarily a middle infielder, but served as a utility-man most of his freshman year playing third base and outfield as well. He played in 36 games while hitting .313 and adding 9 extra base hits.
Young will be the first Blue Knight to play at Illinois State who plays in the Missouri Valley Conference.
