Lady Knights improve to 15-10 with come from behind victory

The Olney Central Lady Knights survived a tough Great Rivers matchup on Saturday night in exciting fashion.  Kelsee Ennis made 8 consecutive free throws late in the game in route to 22 ponits and a 76-71 victory over the visiting Warriors of Rend Lake.  The Lady Knights and Lady Warriors fought hard all night in a back and forth game.  A game which saw 12 ties and 7 lead changes, the Lady Knights of Olney Central were able to make free throws late in the game to ice the game.  To go along with Kelsee's 22, Leah Myers chipped in 16 points on 6-7 shooting and Samantha Scott added 11 points. 

The Lady Knights are off untill Wednesday night when they travel to Lake Land College to face the Lady Lakers.  The Lakers knocked off OCC in an overtime thriller 76-73 on January 16th.  Women will tip at 5:30, men to follow at approximately 7:30.
