Olney Central Inks 7'2 Center Cedric Schall

Olney, Ill. – Olney Central College men’s basketball has taken a step forward in its frontcourt future with the signing of 7'2 center Cedric Schall, a true post presence from Luxembourg.

Schall brings elite size and an intriguing skill set to the Blue Knights. Known for his soft hands and feel for the game, he offers a rare combination of size, coordination, and upside. At 7'2, Schall gives OCC an interior anchor who can change the game on both ends of the floor.

Head Coach Grayson Flittner expressed his excitement about the addition. “Cedric can develop into a game changer in the paint,” Flittner said. “His best basketball is still ahead of him, and we believe his development here will be special. He’s got great hands, a natural touch, and a willingness to work. We can’t wait to get him on campus and start building with him.”

Schall’s commitment signals a continued emphasis on building a balanced roster that plays with pace but also has the ability to punish teams inside. With Schall’s size and developing physicality, OCC adds an interior weapon to the mix.
